La novedad consiste en la edición de seis figuras de 54 mm dedicadas al Ejército británico en la Guerra con los Zulues en 1879. El conjunto cuesta 79,75 libras y se presenta en una caja roja.

Es un conjunto muy vistoso e interesante para aquellos aficionados que coleccionan figuras montadas y pintadas y que sin duda, al ser una edición limitada, se revalorizarán con el tiempo. En realidad, la novedad radica únicamente en comercializar el conjunto de estas figuras pintadas con pintura brillante al estilo "toy soldiers" ya que estas figuras  han estado disponibles desde muchos años atrás.

Fue inicialmente el artesano Charles Stadden  en los años 60, el que esculpió  la figura del soldado y oficial del 24th , comercializándose como figuras animadas individualmente.

Posteriormente el artesano Alan Caton como novedad en Junio de 1975 amplio la serie con la adición de nuevas figuras

 Por último, Tradition reeditó algunas de las las figuras pero ya con una postura fija y en forma de kit:
